We changed to AM Strata after becoming very disillusioned with ‘Body Corporate Services’ (BCS). For every meeting for years we had a new BCS person, who did not know our committee members, was usually … More a new employee at BCS and had no idea of what had happened at previous meetings. As onsite managers we had no one person to contact to discuss problems with. We also found it hard to get tradesman’s bills paid in a timely manner.
With Am Strata we have had the same manager since 2013- Michael Young. Michael is our main contact and always attends to our committee meetings himself. We have found Michael over the years to be very helpful and knowledgeable. In meetings he has a very wise, witty and calming manner, and handles the different personalities of committee members with ease. We have had none of our previous problems.
