Established in 1996 Gold Coast Body Corporate Specialists is part of the AM Strata Group, and collectively manage approximately 4000 lots. As relatively small offices this facilitates a personalised service to all our clients, and ensures each building not only has a dedicated Body Corporate Manager, but at least one other Manager within our office with intimate knowledge of the complex. 

We understand that as a property owner, it is essential that your Body Corporate dealings and experience is to be a simple and hassle free one. Gold Coast Body Corporate Specialists emphasises the need for impeccable professional standards amongst our staff and have a team dedicated to the highest levels of customer service coupled with exceptional results. Our Company policy strongly encourages ongoing staff training to ensure that we are in step with the latest industry, legal and market developments.

GCBCS holds a Practicing Certificate with the Community Titles Institute of Queensland; additionally we are members of the National Community Titles Institute and Institute of Strata Title Manager (NSW) and are bound by the Industry’s Code of Conduct.

Angela is an accountant and holds a Certificate IV in body corporate management. She has worked in the body corporate industry for over 8 years with leading firms such as Ernst Body Corporate Management and Stewart Silver King & Burns, handling large and diverse portfolios. Her role involved the management of a number of complex and high profile developments which required a through working knowledge of legislation coupled with a strong financial understanding. 

Prior to this Angela worked extensively in the accommodation industry, and gained experience in all facets of management.  Her past experience gave her the encouragement to become involved as a new owner/director of Gold Coast Body Corporate Specialist.

Certificate IV – Body Corporate and Community Management

Licensed Strata Manager – NSW

Michael’s experience in the industry includes roles as branch manager for Body Corporate Services in Sydney, an owner/director of Strataworld Pty Ltd, a Brisbane based Body Corporate Management Company and most recently General Manager of Stratacare Australia Pty Ltd.  He is now an owner/director of Gold Coast Body Corporate Specialist. 

He has exceptional knowledge of facilities infrastructure and strata management both in Queensland and New South Wales.  His experience in dealing with developers, large and small enhances his understanding of various residential, commercial and mixed use developments. He holds a current NSW Strata Managing Agents License, Accountancy Certificate and Certificate IV in Body Corporate Management.  Previously, Michael had an extensive career in the military, serving with the Royal Australian Navy.
